The Biological Sciences Scholars Program focuses on the exposure to undergraduate research in the biological sciences during our students’ tenure at Ohio State . No matter what career pathway a student chooses, undergraduate research is an integral part of the collegiate experience. The “living-learning” arrangement that Scholars enjoy allows students to interact on both academic and social levels. Biological Sciences Scholars either major in one of the eight majors offered in the College of Biological Sciences or have a strong interest in the biological sciences but are majoring in another discipline. The program is a four year sequence with different goals for each year in terms of student involvement.
